Mainly responsible in providing support to sales teams as first line respondents to calls, emails and other forms of communication to resolve queries and issues within agreed SLAs.

Responsible for offering BPLAC product solutions based on the financial needs of clients to ensure that individual and Company targets and KPIs are met and exceeded; and, Developing a good relationship with their assigned BPI Private Banking Relationship Manager/s (PB RM) to ensure continuous source of leads.
This position is responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs by cross-selling and upselling BPI AIA products to BPI customers, establishing, maintaining and growing good relations with bank partners in the branch, and prospective and existing clients of BPI and providing excellent customer service and aftersales service to clients of BPI.
