  3. Online followers will have a chance to earn a raffle entry if they sign-up through the lead ad form and like the BPI-Philam official Facebook page May 24 – June 4.

  4. All sign-ups will be collected by the team on June 5.

  5. Those who will do the Financial Wellness and Needs Analysis (FWNA) will get the following:

  7. An electronic raffle draw will be held on June 7, 2021, and raffle winners will be announced on June 9, 2021.

  8. Winners will be notified via email to collect delivery details. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days after the announcement of winners.

  1. To be eligible for the draw, the participant must not be an employee or agent of AIA-Philam Group or any of its VENDORS, or a relative (legal, common-law, consanguinity, or affinity) of any such person.

  2. A participant can only win once. Once the name is drawn, he/she will not be eligible for the remaining prizes.

  3. The raffle prize is not transferrable and may not be converted to cash.

  4. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold AIA-Philam Group free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

  5. When claiming the prize, the winner must submit proof of identity and the email and/or SMS sent to him.

  6. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of AIA-Philam Group relating to the draw. The winner agrees that BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corporation may publicize the name of the winner in such a mode and manner as BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corporation considers fit. The winner's name may be published on the BPI-Philam website & social media channels including the BPI-PhilamLife Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BPIPhilamOfficial). The links provided are not exhaustive and there may be other publicity channels.

  7. Any and all expenses related to the claiming and use of the prizes shall be for the sole account of the winner.

  8. Any taxes relative to the prizes shall be for the account of BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corporation.

  9. Prizes unclaimed beyond the said claiming period shall be forfeited in favor of BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corporation.
