Important reminder! If you have policies with both AIA Philippines and BPI AIA, you will have two separate My AIA PH accounts – one for AIA Philippines and one for BPI AIA. Easily pay your premium by following these 5 easy steps:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Make a Payment’ button.
Step 2: Choose the policy you would like to pay.
Step 3: Select your preferred payment method. You can choose to pay using your debit or credit card, GCash or PayMaya account, or via bank transfer.
Step 4: Input the required account details.
Step 5: Wait for the on-screen notice confirming your successful payment.

Important Reminder! With the controls that need to be in place when disbursing large pay-outs in compliance with our country’s Anti-Money Laundering Act, we will no longer release benefits more than Php 500,000 or USD 10,000 through the Pick-up Anywhere (PUA) facility starting September 13, 2021. To avoid delays in pay-out processing, please choose to have your benefits credited to your preferred bank account instead.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: Wait for the on-screen notice confirming your successful update of your preferred benefit pay-out method.
Access your AIA Vitality account by simply tapping the Vitality section and clicking on the AIA Vitality App’ button. Doing so will redirect you to the AIA Vitality mobile application. This, however, is applicable only when you access My AIA PH through a mobile device.

To avail of any of the health services offered in My AIA PH, you would first need to download the eZConsult app if you are accessing via mobile phone. If you are accessing via desktop, you don’t need to install the eZConsult app as you will simply be redirected to their website.
To enjoy the discounted rates and benefits, access the services through the Health tab of My AIA PH. If you would go straight to the eZConsult app or website without going through My AIA PH, the preferential rates will not be reflected.
Republic Act 11494, enacted on September 11, 2020, seeks to provide mechanisms to bolster the resiliency of the Philippine economy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Under the act, life insurance companies, such as BPI AIA, shall be mandated to implement a one-time sixty (60)-day grace period for payments and the waiving of interest charges and late payment fees for all customers with payment due dates falling from September 2020 to December 2020.
The 60-day grace period shall be extended to all customers of BPI AIA with due dates from September to December 2020 as reflected in their respective Statements of Accounts. It shall be applied to a policy once. Thus, if a policy is enrolled under a monthly or quarterly payment scheme, the customer shall only be able to settle their premiums beyond their due dates on the month or quarter they choose to apply it.
Customers with due dates before September 2020 and after December 2020 shall not be covered under this act. Any due date outside of the September to December 2020 period shall be applied as scheduled.
This simply means that customers may opt not to pay for premiums on their respective due dates and pay 60 days after instead. If a customer is on monthly or quarterly payment scheme, however, this privilege shall only be applied once, on the month or quarter the customer chooses to avail himself of it.

Should a customer wish to avail himself of the 60-day grace period, as well as the waiver on interest charges and late payment fees, BPI AIA must be notified through an email to BPIAIA.customerservice@aia.com.
There is no need to submit supporting documents to avail yourself of the grace period. However, a customer must inform BPI AIA through an email to BPIAIA.customerservice@aia.com that he wishes to avail himself of the 60-day grace period, and as applicable, the waiver on interest charges and late payment fees.
Yes, they may continue to pay. For customers’ safety and convenience at this time, premium payment through our digital payment facilities such as ePayments (available on My AIA Philippines) or bank bills payment is encouraged.

It is possible that the policy has fallen into Auto Premium Loan (APL) status, which means that the grace period granted has already ended (i.e. already beyond 60 days). In such cases, payment for outstanding premiums will be taken from the policy’s cash value and charged with a corresponding interest. Policies on APL are not covered by RA11494, and as such, will not be eligible to its terms, i.e. 60-day grace period and waiving of interest charges and late penalty fees.
It is best to settle payment immediately through any of our available digital facilities so that further deductions to the policy’s cash value will not be made and the policy remains in-force.
BPI AIA shall continue to charge outstanding premiums against a customer’s nominated debit or credit card. If the customer wishes to temporarily suspend enrollment in these facilities in light of RA11494, an e-mail must be sent to BPIAIA.customerservice@aia.com indicating when enrollment will be suspended, and when it will be resumed.
Note that once a customer is enrolled on either ADA/ ACA, any missed premiums will be manually billed and that admin charges will be collected on the customer’s following due date.

Make sure to have on hand your policy number, mobile number, and/or e-mail address that you provided during your policy application, and the date of birth of the insured person.
A One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to complete your registration. Once done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from BPI AIA with your log-in details.

Updating your contact details for each of your BPI AIA policies can be done easily by logging onto ePlan. When using a mobile device, simply update your information in the "My Profile' page. When using a desktop, click on 'Contact Information Update' found under 'Policy Inquiry and Requests' to update your details.

Your policy number is the unique identifier of your policy with BPI AIA (formerly Ayala Life). It is indicated in the front page of your policy. Your policy number will be helpful in your inquiries about your policy.
The effective date of the policy is the start of your insurance coverage. It is indicated on the front page of your policy.
Contestability period is the time period during which the insurer is not obligated to pay a claim because of material misrepresentations found in the application. A policy becomes "incontestable" when the contestability period is over. The contestability period for is normally 2 years.
Your policy can be assigned to a third party i.e. bank as a collateral. However, if you will assign your policy to a third party, BPI AIA should be informed in writing through the accomplishment of the Deed of Assignment Form. During assignment, your rights as the owner is transferred to the party to which the policy was assigned.
Your beneficiary is the individual you nominated to receive the death benefit of your policy. Your beneficiary could either be primary, which means the first in line to receive the proceeds upon demise of the insured, or contingent, which means the person who will receive the proceeds should the primary beneficiary die before the insured.
Your beneficiary could also be assigned as revocable beneficiary, which means that your beneficiary has no vested rights on your policy. The rights of a revocable beneficiary is limited to receiving the proceeds of the policy. While the irrevocable beneficiary, being part owner of the policy, has vested rights thus any changes made on the policy will require a written consent from him/her.
Should your beneficiary die before the insured, as owner of the policy, you can nominate a new beneficiary by amending your policy. If no beneficiary is named on your policy, the death benefit proceeds will be payable to the estate of the insured.

You may choose to decrease the face amount of your policy by accomplishing the following forms and submitted to any BPI AIA Bancassurance Sales Executive assigned in BPI and BPI Family bank branches nationwide
A rider is a supplementary contract attached to your policy. It provides additional benefits at minimal cost. A rider is normally attached during purchase of the insurance policy but you also have the choice to remove a previously attached rider or add more to your existing riders.

You normally nominate your beneficiary/ies upon application for insurance. However, you may change your beneficiary/ies anytime after the policy has been issued. The following are the requirements in change of beneficiary/ies:
For cases that there are discrepancies in the birth date indicated in your policy and the birth date indicated in your birth certificate, you can amend the one in the policy by submitting the following:
If you are unable to pay for your premiums during your date, you have a 31-day grace period in which you will be allowed to pay without interest. During the period of grace, your policy is still in-force. If death occurs during the period of grace, the unpaid premiums and any indebtedness, shall be deducted from the death benefit. Once the grace period expires, the policy will lapse and you have the option to reinstate within 3 years to make your policy in-force.
Your policy may have lapsed because we did not receive the payment for your policy’s premium due on or before the end of your policy’s grace period.

You can use your e-Membership card to avail of your discount benefits from partner establishments. You may be required by some partners to present a valid government photo ID as additional verification.

You may link your fitness device or app through the AIA Vitality website or the AIA Vitality app.
If through the website, log in to your account, go to Wellness Tools, and click Fitness Devices. Select your device or app from the list, click the "Link to AIA Vitality" button, and complete the succeeding steps.
If through the AIA Vitality app, go to Fitness Devices and Apps, click the "Link a Device or App" button, select your fitness device or app from the list, and follow the succeeding steps.
You can link as many devices or apps as you want but only one physical activity will be credited with points per day.
If your fitness device or app is not directly compatible to AIA Vitality, check if it is pairable with Apple Health or S Health. If yes, proceed with pairing. You may search online for steps on how to pair your device or app to Apple Health or S Health.
Once done, you may now link Apple Health or S Health to AIA Vitality. Data from your fitness device or app will be passed on to AIA Vitality through Apple Health or S Health.
The AIA Vitality login page (https://portal.philamlife.com/ePlan/philamvitality) is equipped with a Forgot Username and Forgot Password functionality that you may use in case you forgot your login credentials. Just click any of the two links and provide the necessary information to retrieve your login details.
Meanwhile, both the AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Active apps have a Forgot Password link that you may use if you want to request for a new password.
To change your AIA Vitality account password, simply log in to your ePlan account and click on "Account Settings." Enter your existing password and nominate a new one.

If your AIA Vitality account got disabled or you got locked out from your account, email philamlife@aia.com and phi.helpdesk@aia.com to request for reactivation of your account.
Your account will be disabled if you input the wrong username and/or password three consecutive times. Before your account gets disabled, we recommend that you retrieve your username and password already. You may do this by clicking the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link in the ePlan login page (https://portal.philamlife.com/ePlan/philam).
The AIA Vitality Points you earn determine your status and level of rewards. You can earn points by doing any of these qualified healthy activities, and more:

d. Uploading the results of your AIA Vitality Health Check (BMI, blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol). You get more points if results are within the healthy range.
e. Taking the Vitality Nutrition Consultation and the Vitality Fitness Assessment
f. Availing of advanced screenings, certain vaccinations, and dental assessments

You can earn up to a maximum of 100 points daily for your partner gym visit or for meeting any of the following fitness activities criteria.
Make sure to use a compatible fitness device or app to track these workouts to earn points:
1. Steps
- 7,500 per day (50 points)
- 12,500 per day (100 points)
2. Heart rate
- 30 minutes of physical activity at 60% of your maximum heart rate (50 points)
- 30 minutes of physical activity at 70% of your maximum heart rate (100 points)
- 60 minutes of physical activity at 60% of your maximum heart rate (100 points)
3. Calories burned
- 30 minutes of physical activity and at least 300 calories burned (50 points)
- 30 minutes of physical activity and at least 600 calories burned (100 points)
- 60 minutes of physical activity and at least 300 calories burned (100 points)
4. Speed
- 30 minutes of physical activity at a )minimum speed of 4km/hr (50 points)
- 30 minutes of physical activity at a minimum speed of 7.2km/hr (100 points)

If your workout is reflected on the Points Statement of the AIA Vitality app but no points are awarded, it means that you have already maxed out the 15,000 points annual limit for physical activities.
No worries because points are still being recorded on your AIA Vitality Active app towards your weekly target.
If your AIA Vitality Points suddenly went back to zero, it means that you have already reached your membership anniversary and you are now on your new membership year. However, your attained AIA Vitality Status from the previous year is carried over to the next year so you still have one full year to enjoy the perks and benefits that come with your attained status.
If you surpass your current status in your new membership year, you can automatically enjoy the benefits specific to the higher status such as bigger discounts from our partners.
If you didn't earn a reward after achieving your weekly fitness target, you either:

Adjustment in the premium discount or additional coverage is computed 15 days after your policy anniversary. Your AIA Vitality Status during the anniversary of your policy will be the basis in re-computing your insurance benefit.

Your personalized weekly fitness target changes dynamically based on your current activity levels.
Your weekly target period starts every Monday and ends Sunday. Your weekly target starts at 200 points, or may be prorated based on when you first signed up. It can go up or down depending on how often you achieve your weekly target. Minimum target is 150 points while maximum is 500 points per week.
