    1. What is My AIA Philippines or My AIA PH?

    My AIA Philippines or My AIA PH is your new all-in-one customer portal for your policy, health and wellness needs. It is a convenient one-stop shop for relevant policy transactions.

    My AIA PH also offers a link to the AIA Vitality mobile app wherein you will be automatically logged in to your account when accessing in mobile. Do note that you’ll need the AIA Vitality mobile app installed your device.

    Plus, you’ll also get access to augmented health solutions with exclusive preferential rates.

    You can access My AIA PH by simply clicking on this link.


    2. Who can use My AIA PH?

    All existing AIA Philippines, BPI AIA policyowners, and AIA Vitality members will have access to the My AIA PH site.

    However, even non-policyowners can still explore the site and do the following:

    •  Assess current financial needs through Liv, our Online Financial Calculator.
    •  Reach out to either AIA Philippines or BPI AIA through call, e-mail, or chat with our 24/7 digital assistants, Aya (for AIA Philippines) or Bessie (for BPI AIA). You can also schedule an appointment with a Financial Advisor or Bancassurance Sales Executive.
    •  Browse through featured articles that cover various topics related to health, wellness, and personal finance.  

    3. How do I register or access My AIA PH?

    If you have previously enrolled to our customer portal, ePlan, you can simply click here and use your existing ePlan log-in credentials.

    Can’t recall your password? Don’t worry! Simply click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link.

    If you are a new client with no existing ePlan account, you can create your account on the spot! Just click ‘Create Account’ and complete the necessary fields.

    Important reminder! If you have policies with both AIA Philippines and BPI AIA, you will have two separate My AIA PH accounts – one for AIA Philippines and one for BPI AIA. We are working on having a single account regardless of the kind of AIA policy you own. We will keep you posted on when this will become available.


    4. I’m a new user, how can I create an account with My AIA PH?

    Creating an account is easy as 1-2-3!

    Step 1: Click the ‘Create Account’ button in the log-in page

    Step 2: Fill out the required information and click Continue.
    Important reminder! Please input the e-mail address or mobile number you provided during policy application. Failure to do so will result in registration errors.

    Step 3: Enter the 6-digit one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile number. You will be redirected to the My AIA PH homepage after your successful registration.


    5. I would like to download My AIA PH on my phone. How can I do that?

    You don’t need to download My AIA PH from app stores. Instead, once you are in the site, you can opt to install it in your mobile device. Simply follow these 3 easy steps:

    Step 1: Tap the ‘Share’ button in Safari.

    Step 2: Tap ‘Add to Home Screen’.

    Step 3: Tap ‘Add’ in the upper-right corner.

    Step 1: Open your browser’s settings.

    Step 2: Scroll down and tap ‘Add to Home Screen’.

    Step 3: Confirm by tapping ‘Add’.


    6. What kind of requests can I do with My AIA PH?

    Here’s a sneak peek of what you can initially do with My AIA PH:

    •   View details of all your individual policies and access your e-policy* contract;
    •   View your transaction history and download e-ORs (official receipts);
    •   Make premium payments;
    •   Update your contact details and select your preferred option for receiving future benefit payouts;
    •   Receive important notifications on pending dues and requirements;
    •   File a claim;
    •   Access the list of AVEGA-accredited doctors and hospitals for customers with AIA Med Assist (for AIA Philippines) or MedLife Protect Plus (for BPI AIA) policies;
    •   Access AIA Vitality and our suite of health and wellness solutions that let you enjoy preferential rates on select services, and
    •   Check out our latest products, promotions, and interesting health & wellness articles.

    And that’s just the beginning! New and more relevant features will be added to My AIA PH soon.


    7. What can I expect to see on the homepage of My AIA PH?

    Upon logging-in, you will immediately see the following features on your My AIA PH homepage:

    •   A summary dashboard which includes:
           -   A link to our payment facility to make premium payments;
           -   A link to our financial calculator that will help assess your current financial needs;
           -   A link to File a Claim through our AIA Philippines and BPI AIA corporate website, and
           -   Important reminders regarding your policy.

    •   Various quick access tabs at the bottom which includes:
           -   My Policy – View and manage your AIA Philippines/BPI AIA policies;
           -   Vitality – Easily access your Vitality account without logging in the Vitality app;
           -   Health – Enjoy preferential rates for value-added services offered by our partners.   

    You will also find various interesting health and wellness articles as well as featured products and promotions relevant for you on the homepage.


    8. How can I pay my premium through My AIA PH?

    Easily pay your premium by following these 5 easy steps:

    Step 1: Click on the ‘Make a Payment’ button.

    Step 2: Choose the policy you would like to pay.

    Step 3: Select your preferred payment method. You can choose to pay using your debit or credit card, GCash or PayMaya account, or via bank transfer.

    Step 4: Input the required account details.

    Step 5: Wait for the on-screen notice confirming your successful payment. 


    9. How can I update my contact information through My AIA PH?

    Easily update your contact information by following these 5 easy steps:

    Step 1: Tap on ‘Update Policy Information’.

    Step 2: Select the policy you would like to update and input the contact details you would like to change (i.e. email address and/or mobile number)

    Step 3: Click on the ‘Update Details’ button.

    Step 4: Enter the 6-digit one-time password that will be sent to your mobile number and click on ‘Submit’.

    Step 5: Wait for the on-screen notification confirming your successful contact information update. 


    10. How can I update my preferred benefit pay-out option through My AIA PH?

    You can easily update your preferred pay-out option for receiving future benefits by following these 4 easy steps:

    Step 1: Tap on ‘Pay-out Option’.

    Step 2: Select the policy you would like to update and choose your preferred pay-out option.
    Important Reminder! With the controls that need to be in place when disbursing large pay-outs in compliance with our country’s Anti-Money Laundering Act, we will no longer release benefits more than Php 500,000 or USD 10,000 through the Pick-up Anywhere (PUA) facility starting September 13, 2021. To avoid delays in pay-out processing, please choose to have your benefits credited to your preferred bank account instead.

    Step 3: Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

    Step 4: Wait for the on-screen notice confirming your successful update of your preferred benefit pay-out method.


    11. How can I access my AIA Vitality account through My AIA PH?

    Access your AIA Vitality account by simply tapping the Vitality section and clicking on the AIA Vitality App’ button. Doing so will redirect you to the AIA Vitality mobile application. This, however, is applicable only when you access My AIA PH through a mobile device.

    Important reminders!
         -   If you have not downloaded the AIA Vitality application, you will be redirected to the app store when you click on this button.
         -   If your AIA Vitality membership lapsed, this button will not be clickable, and you will instead be given pointers on how to reinstate your membership.

    If you are not yet an AIA Vitality member, an ‘Inquire Now’ button will be reflected. Clicking on this will lead you to the ‘Get in Touch’ section of the AIA Vitality page of our corporate website


    12. What can I expect to see when I click on the ‘Health’ tab of my ‘My AIA PH’ homepage?

    Clicking on the ‘Health’ tab will show you the following:

    •   A dashboard where you can input your health metrics such as height, weight, and blood pressure. The information provided will be used to automatically compute for your body mass index (BMI).
    •   A list of all the value-added health services made available for you at preferential rates through our partner, eZConsult.  These services include:
             -   Teleconsultation
             -   Medicine Order and Delivery
             -   Laboratory Requests
             -   Symptoms Checker
             -   COVID-19 Testing

    New partners and services will be made available soon.

    Important Reminder!  Once you click on each of the services, you will be automatically redirected to the eZConsult app or website if you have an existing account with them. If you don’t have an eZConsult account yet, you will be asked to download the eZConsult app if accessing via mobile phone and create an account before availing the services


    13. How can I enjoy the preferential rates to the services offered by eZConsult?

    To avail of any of the health services offered in My AIA PH, you would first need to download the eZConsult app if you are accessing via mobile phone. If you are accessing via desktop, you don’t need to install the eZConsult app as you will simply be redirected to their website.

    To enjoy the discounted rates and benefits, access the services through the Health tab of My AIA PH. If you would go straight to the eZConsult app or website without going through My AIA PH, the preferential rates will not be reflected.


    14. How can I manage my My AIA PH account?

    Simply click on the ‘Profile’ tab located at the lower right corner of the My AIA PH homepage. You can do the following:

    •   Edit your contact details, like home address or contact number;
    •   Change your password;
    •   Access our Terms and Conditions of Use as well as our Privacy Policy and Marketing Consent

    What is the Bayanihan to Recover As One Act (RA11494)?

    Republic Act 11494, enacted on September 11, 2020, seeks to provide mechanisms to bolster the resiliency of the Philippine economy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Under the act, life insurance companies, such as BPI AIA, shall be mandated to implement a one-time sixty (60)-day grace period for payments and the waiving of interest charges and late payment fees for all customers with payment due dates falling from September 2020 to December 2020.


    Who are covered under RA11494?

    The 60-day grace period shall be extended to all customers of BPI AIA with due dates from September to December 2020 as reflected in their respective Statements of Accounts. It shall be applied to a policy once. Thus, if a policy is enrolled under a monthly or quarterly payment scheme, the customer shall only be able to settle their premiums beyond their due dates on the month or quarter they choose to apply it.

    Customers with due dates before September 2020 and after December 2020 shall not be covered under this act. Any due date outside of the September to December 2020 period shall be applied as scheduled. 


    What does the 60-day grace period imply?

    This simply means that customers may opt not to pay for premiums on their respective due dates and pay 60 days after instead. If a customer is on monthly or quarterly payment scheme, however, this privilege shall only be applied once, on the month or quarter the customer chooses to avail himself of it.

    Should a customer wish to avail himself of the 60-day grace period, as well as the waiver on interest charges and late payment fees, BPI AIA must be notified through an email to BPIAIA.customerservice@aia.com. 


    Are any requirements needed to avail myself of the 60-day grace period?

    There is no need to submit supporting documents to avail yourself of the grace period. However, a customer must inform BPI AIA through an email to BPIAIA.customerservice@aia.com that he wishes to avail himself of the 60-day grace period, and as applicable, the waiver on interest charges and late payment fees.


    Can customers settle premiums and not avail themselves of the 60-day grace period?

    Yes, they may continue to pay. For customers’ safety and convenience at this time, premium payment through our digital payment facilities such as ePayments (available on My AIA Philippines) or bank bills payment is encouraged.

    A customer received a Statement of Account reflecting the original due date and is charged late payment fees. What should he do?

    It is possible that the policy has fallen into Auto Premium Loan (APL) status, which means that the grace period granted has already ended (i.e. already beyond 60 days). In such cases, payment for outstanding premiums will be taken from the policy’s cash value and charged with a corresponding interest. Policies on APL are not covered by RA11494, and as such, will not be eligible to its terms, i.e. 60-day grace period and waiving of interest charges and late penalty fees.

    It is best to settle payment immediately through any of our available digital facilities so that further deductions to the policy’s cash value will not be made and the policy remains in-force. 


    A customer is enrolled in an Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA)/ Automatic Credit Arrangement (ACA). Can he avail himself of the 60-day grace period?

    BPI AIA shall continue to charge outstanding premiums against a customer’s nominated debit or credit card. If the customer wishes to temporarily suspend enrollment in these facilities in light of RA11494, an e-mail must be sent to BPIAIA.customerservice@aia.com indicating when enrollment will be suspended, and when it will be resumed.

    Note that once a customer is enrolled on either ADA/ ACA, any missed premiums will be manually billed and that admin charges will be collected on the customer’s following due date. 


    Can a customer change his payment schedule after his 60-day grace period?

    Yes. At BPI AIA, we understand that in these trying times, there may be concerns on covering premiums to keep policies active. To facilitate the change in payment schedule, customers may simply send the following to BPIAIA.customerservice@aia.com:

    • Requested change in payment mode* (e.g. from annual to quarterly)
    • Filled out Policy Detail Amendment Form
    • Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures

    * Should a customer opt to change his premium payment mode to monthly, the following must be submitted for enrollment in the auto-charge arrangement facility: a fully accomplished Credit Card Authorization Form, valid ID with 3 specimen signatures, and the front copy of the customer’s credit card.

    How can I check the details of my policy?

    You can open your policy anytime and at the comfort of your home with ePlan, BPI AIA’s secured online customer portal. You’ll be able to:

    • Review your policy details and values
    • Stay up to date with important policy-related news; and
    • Keep your policy active by paying your premiums through ePayment

    How do I register to ePlan?

    To start your ePlan registration, you can click this link: https://portal.philamlife.com/ePlan/bplac, click “Register” and fill out the required fields.

    Make sure to have on hand your policy number, mobile number, and/or e-mail address that you provided during your policy application, and the date of birth of the insured person.

    A One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to complete your registration. Once done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from BPI AIA with your log-in details.


    My ePlan registration was unsuccessful. What can I do?

    Don’t worry, our BPI AIA customer service representative can help you register. Please send us an email at BPIAIA.customerService@aia.com with the following details:

    Policy Owner’s Full Name (First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name), Policy Number, and the nature of your concern (i.e. ePlan Registration Assistance). Please expect a response to your concern within one (1) day.


    How can I update my policy information

    Updating your contact details for each of your BPI AIA policies can be done easily by logging onto ePlan. When using a mobile device, simply update your information in the "My Profile' page. When using a desktop, click on 'Contact Information Update' found under 'Policy Inquiry and Requests' to update your details. 


    How can I apply for a policy loan?

    If you need extra funds in your bank account, you may apply for a policy loan or a partial policy withdrawal. To apply, kindly send us an e-mail at BPIAIA.customerService@aia.com with the following requirements:

    • Policy Owner’s Full Name (First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name)
    • Mobile or Landline Number
    • High resolution scanned copy of the policy owner’s ID with photo and signature

    A BPI AIA customer service representative will contact you within one (1) day to help you with the next steps.

    You may also reach out to your Bancassurance Sales Executive (BSE) who can assist you.


    What is a policy number?

    Your policy number is the unique identifier of your policy with BPI AIA (formerly Ayala Life). It is indicated in the front page of your policy. Your policy number will be helpful in your inquiries about your policy. 


    What is an Effectivity Date?

    The effective date of the policy is the start of your insurance coverage. It is indicated on the front page of your policy. 


    What is contestability?

    Contestability period is the time period during which the insurer is not obligated to pay a claim because of material misrepresentations found in the application. A policy becomes "incontestable" when the contestability period is over. The contestability period for is normally 2 years. 


    Can I assign my policy?

    Your policy can be assigned to a third party i.e. bank as a collateral. However, if you will assign your policy to a third party, BPI AIA  should be informed in writing through the accomplishment of the Deed of Assignment Form. During assignment, your rights as the owner is transferred to the party to which the policy was assigned.

    Who may be my beneficiary/ies?

    Your beneficiary is the individual you nominated to receive the death benefit of your policy. Your beneficiary could either be primary, which means the first in line to receive the proceeds upon demise of the insured, or contingent, which means the person who will receive the proceeds should the primary beneficiary die before the insured. 


    What are the rights of my beneficiary/ies?

    Your beneficiary could also be assigned as revocable beneficiary, which means that your beneficiary has no vested rights on your policy. The rights of a revocable beneficiary is limited to receiving the proceeds of the policy. While the irrevocable beneficiary, being part owner of the policy, has vested rights thus any changes made on the policy will require a written consent from him/her. 


    What happens if the beneficiary dies before the insured?

    Should your beneficiary die before the insured, as owner of the policy, you can nominate a new beneficiary by amending your policy. If no beneficiary is named on your policy, the death benefit proceeds will be payable to the estate of the insured.


    There are discrepancies in my policy, how can I make changes?

    If in case there are discrepancies/wrong information in your policy, you can correct it by applying an amendment for your policy. For further instructions on how to facilitate amendments, you may call our Customer Service hotline at (02) 889-10000 (PLDT toll-free 1-800-188-89100) then press 7


    How can I decrease my Face Amount?

    You may choose to decrease the face amount of your policy by accomplishing the following forms and submitted to any BPI AIA Bancassurance Sales Executive assigned in BPI and BPI Family bank branches nationwide

    • Filled-out Amendment Form, indicating the new Decreased Face Amount
    • Client Information Update Form
    • Photocopy of Two Valid Identification Cards

    Can I remove a rider to my basic policy?

    A rider is a supplementary contract attached to your policy. It provides additional benefits at minimal cost. A rider is normally attached during purchase of the insurance policy but you also have the choice to remove a previously attached rider or add more to your existing riders.

    To do this, the following must be submitted to BPI AIA:

    • Filled-out Amendment Form, indicating the rider to be removed
    • Client Information Update Form
    • Two Valid Identification Cards

    How can I correct my name in my policy?

    In cases that the name in the policy is not consistent with your name in your birth certificate, you can apply for a change of name amendment. The following are the requirements:

    • Filled-out Amendment Form, indicating your correct name
    • Photocopy of your Birth Certificate
    • Client Information Update Form
    • Affidavit of Discrepancy (may not be required if due to typographical error)
    • Two Valid Identification Cards 

    How can I update my contact information?

    You can change your contact information, primarily your address, home telephone number and mobile number. To do this, just call our Customer Service hotline at (02) 8 889-10000 (PLDT toll-free 1-800-188-89100) then Press 7 +1+Access Number (Policy Number)+1+0 to talk to BPI AIA Customer Service Representative. Changes can be effected real time and paperless during the call under Phoneinsurance.


    How can I change my status?

    1. Single to Married

    Submit to any BPI AIA Bancassurance Sales Executive assigned in BPI and BPI Family bank branches nationwide:

    • Filled-out Amendment Form, indicating your new status and your new name
    • Marriage Contract 
    • Client Information Update Form
    • Photocopy of your 2 Valid Identification Cards which has been changed to your new name and bearing your new signature

    2. Married to Separated

    Submit to any BPI AIA Bancassurance Sales Executive assigned in BPI and BPI Family bank branches nationwide:

    • Filled-out Amendment Form, indicating your new status and your new name, if applicable
    • Court Order formalizing the separation • Client Information Update Form
    • Photocopy of your 2 Valid Identification Cards which has been changed to your new name and bearing your new signature, if applicable

    Can I make changes on my beneficiary/ies?

    You normally nominate your beneficiary/ies upon application for insurance. However, you may change your beneficiary/ies anytime after the policy has been issued. The following are the requirements in change of beneficiary/ies:

    • Filled-out Amendment Form, indicating your beneficiary to be added or deleted, whichever is applicable.
    • For addition, to establish insurable interest and relationship of the beneficiary to the insured, the following needs to be submitted:
    • Birth certificate of the beneficiary
    • Marriage Contract, if beneficiary to be added is a married child of the owner
    • Letter establishing insurable interest, if beneficiary to be added is only a dependent of the insured and is not immediate family
    • Client Information Update Form
    • Photocopy of 2 Valid Identification Cards

    How can I correct my birthdate in my policy?

    For cases that there are discrepancies in the birth date indicated in your policy and the birth date indicated in your birth certificate, you can amend the one in the policy by submitting the following:

    • Filled-out Amendment Form, indicating your correct birth date
    • Birth Certificate showing your correct birth date
    • Affidavit of Discrepancy (may not be required if due to typographical error)
    • Client Information Update Form
    • Photocopy of 2 Valid Identification Cards

    What is grace period?

    If you are unable to pay for your premiums during your date, you have a 31-day grace period in which you will be allowed to pay without interest.     How do I activate my AIA Vitality account?

    To activate your AIA Vitality account, simply use your current username and password for ePlan, AIA Philippines' 24/7 online customer portal.

    If you are a new policy holder, you must activate your ePlan account first. Check your Welcome Email from philamlife@aia.com that contains your pre-registered username and temporary password. Once activated, you can now use the same username and your new password to access the AIA Vitality website and both of its apps. 

    If you are an existing customer but have not activated ePlan, refer to the most recent email of ePlan to access your account information and simply follow the same activation steps. If you have not received the email, contact philamlife@aia.com or phi.helpdesk@aia.com or call the AIA Philippines Hotline at (632) 8528-2000.


    I have not received my account login credentials, what should I do?

    If you haven't received your log-in details, you have:

    How do I start my AIA Vitality journey?

    I can't find the AIA Vitality apps on the app store. What should I do?

    The AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Active apps are only available in the Philippines. Set your country to "Philippines" to find these.

    For Apple users: go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > click Apple ID > Country/region > Change Country or Region > Select 'Philippines.'

    Where can I find my AIA Vitality e-Membership card?

    Your e-Membership card can be found on the home page of the AIA Vitality app (red app). Simply click on Settings> AIA Vitality Membership Card to display your card with your name and AIA Vitality membership number. Tap on the screen to show the barcode on the reverse side.

    You can use your e-Membership card to avail of your discount benefits from partner establishments. You may be required by some partners to present a valid government photo ID as additional verification.


    Is there a handbook that I may refer to so I am guided on how to start my AIA Vitality journey and earn points?

    Your AIA Vitality e-Membership Booklet is a comprehensive guide to get you started on your wellness journey.

    What are the compatible fitness devices that I may link to AIA Vitality?

    Compatible Fitness Devices - Fitbit, Garmin, and Polar

    Compatible Fitness Apps - Apple Health, S Health, and Strava

    You may link your fitness device or app through the AIA Vitality website or the AIA Vitality app. 

    If through the website, log in to your account, go to Wellness Tools, and click Fitness Devices. Select your device or app from the list, click the "Link to AIA Vitality" button, and complete the succeeding steps.

    If through the AIA Vitality app, go to Fitness Devices and Apps, click the "Link a Device or App" button, select your fitness device or app from the list, and follow the succeeding steps.

    You can link as many devices or apps as you want but only one physical activity will be credited with points per day.


    My fitness device is not compatible with AIA Vitality, what should I do?

    If your fitness device or app is not directly compatible to AIA Vitality, check if it is pairable with Apple Health or S Health. If yes, proceed with pairing. You may search online for steps on how to pair your device or app to Apple Health or S Health.

    Once done, you may now link Apple Health or S Health to AIA Vitality. Data from your fitness device or app will be passed on to AIA Vitality through Apple Health or S Health. 


    I forgot my username and/or password. What should I do?

    The AIA Vitality login page (https://portal.philamlife.com/ePlan/philamvitality) is equipped with a Forgot Username and Forgot Password functionality that you may use in case you forgot your login credentials. Just click any of the two links and provide the necessary information to retrieve your login details.

    Meanwhile, both the AIA Vitality and AIA Vitality Active apps have a Forgot Password link that you may use if you want to request for a new password.


    How do I change my password?

    To change your AIA Vitality account password, simply log in to your ePlan account and click on "Account Settings." Enter your existing password and nominate a new one.

    My AIA Vitality account got disabled. What should I do?

    If your AIA Vitality account got disabled or you got locked out from your account, email philamlife@aia.com and phi.helpdesk@aia.com to request for reactivation of your account. 

    Your account will be disabled if you input the wrong username and/or password three consecutive times. Before your account gets disabled, we recommend that you retrieve your username and password already. You may do this by clicking the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link in the ePlan login page (https://portal.philamlife.com/ePlan/philam).


    How do I earn AIA Vitality Points?

    The AIA Vitality Points you earn determine your status and level of rewards. You can earn points by doing any of these qualified healthy activities, and more:

    1. Reaching a minimum of 7,500 steps tracked through fitness device or app, or joining organized fitness events
    2. Sleeping 7 hours a day

    How do I earn points from physical activity?

    You can earn up to a maximum of 100 points daily for your partner gym visit or for meeting any of the following fitness activities criteria. 

    Make sure to use a compatible fitness device or app to track these workouts to earn points:

    1. Steps

          - 7,500 per day (50 points)
          - 12,500 per day (100 points)

    2. Heart rate

          - 30 minutes of physical activity at 60% of your maximum heart rate (50 points)
          - 30 minutes of physical activity at 70% of your maximum heart rate (100 points)
          - 60 minutes of physical activity at 60% of your maximum heart rate (100 points)

    3. Calories burned

          - 30 minutes of physical activity and at least 300 calories burned (50 points)
          - 30 minutes of physical activity and at least 600 calories burned (100 points)
          - 60 minutes of physical activity and at least 300 calories burned (100 points)

    4. Speed

          - 30 minutes of physical activity at a )minimum speed of 4km/hr (50 points)
          - 30 minutes of physical activity at a minimum speed of 7.2km/hr (100 points)
          - 60 minutes of physical activity at a minimum speed of 4km/hr (50 points)

    How do I upload my health results to earn points?

    You may upload the results of your AIA Vitality Health Check, advanced health screening, vaccination, and dental assessment though the AIA Vitality website or AIA Vitality app to earn points.

    If done through the website, select Points and Status > Claim Points. Complete the online form and upload a copy of your health results. 

    If through the AIA Vitality app, click More > Health Assessments and choose the applicable assessment. Complete the needed information and upload a copy of your health results.

    Please note that manually submitted assessment results are subject to audit. AIA Vitality reserves the right to terminate a membership if proven that falsification or fraud was committed.


    How do I earn points from sleep?

    Better sleep means better health! Get 7 hours of sleep daily to enjoy up to 1,825 AIA Vitality Points yearly. Make a good night's rest a habit and ease your way to wellnes while earning easy points!

    Don't forget to wear a compatible fitness device like Garmin or Fitbit to get your sleep points.

    What should I do if my points did not sync?

    If your workouts are not awarded with points, please try the following:

    1. Check if your workout has met the criteria for it to be awarded with points (e.g., you have achieved at least 7,500 steps or have completed a physical activity at the required heart rate or speed. You may check the AIA Vitality e-Membership Booklet for the completion criteria to earn points from your workouts
    2. Check the My Workouts section under the Fitness tab of the AIA Vitality app. If your most recent workout is already there, your points will follow.

    If after 24 hours and no points have been awarded, email ask@philamvitality.com immediately.

    Don't forget to state your AIA Vitality membership number, full name, ePlan username, date of birth, active contact number, and screenshot of the error for faster resolution.


    I am no longer getting points from my workouts, what could be the reason?

    If your workout is reflected on the Points Statement of the AIA Vitality app but no points are awarded, it means that you have already maxed out the 15,000 points annual limit for physical activities. 

    No worries because points are still being recorded on your AIA Vitality Active app towards your weekly target.


    My AIA Vitality Points reset to zero (0). What could be the reason?

    If your AIA Vitality Points suddenly went back to zero, it means that you have already reached your membership anniversary and you are now on your new membership year. However, your attained AIA Vitality Status from the previous year is carried over to the next year so you still have one full year to enjoy the perks and benefits that come with your attained status.

    If you surpass your current status in your new membership year, you can automatically enjoy the benefits specific to the higher status such as bigger discounts from our partners.


    I have achieved my weekly target but have not received any reward. What could be the reason?

    If you didn't earn a reward after achieving your weekly fitness target, you either:

    1. haven't completed yet the AIA Vitality Health Review (VHR) which is a pre-requisite to start getting a weekly reward. To answer the assessment now, log on to your AIA Vitality Active app or visit https://www.aia.com.ph/en/our-products/vitality-redirection.html; or

    2. did not use your existing ePlan account username and password to log in the AIA Vitality Active app.  


    I am encountering errors when redeeming my reward. What should I do?

    Immediately email ask@philamvitality.com when you encounter errors in redeeming your reward.

    To check the current level of your premium discount or additional coverage, log in to your ePlan account (https://portal.philamlife.com/ePlan/philam), go to the Policy Details tab, click Basic Policy Information, and select the policy you would like to check. Under the Membership Details section, you may find your current level of premium discount or additional coverage.

    Adjustment in the premium discount or additional coverage is computed 15 days after your policy anniversary. Your AIA Vitality Status during the anniversary of your policy will be the basis in re-computing your insurance benefit.


    My membership lapsed. What should I do?

    Your e-Membership card can be found on the home page of the AIA Vitality app (red app). Simply click on Settings > AIA Vitality Membership Card to display your card with your name and AIA Vitality membership number. Tap on the screen to show the barcode on the reverse side.

    You can use your e-Membership card to avail of your discount benefits from partner establishments. You may be required by some partners to present a valid government photo ID as additional verification.


    Are my partner discount benefits transferable?

    Most of your rewards and benefits are non-transferable as they are meant for you to enjoy as part of your wellness journey.

    1) Why does my weekly fitness target change? 2) How is my weekly fitness target determined?

    Your personalized weekly fitness target changes dynamically based on your current activity levels. 

    Your weekly target period starts every Monday and ends Sunday. Your weekly target starts at 200 points, or may be prorated based on when you first signed up. It can go up or down depending on how often you achieve your weekly target. Minimum target is 150 points while maximum is 500 points per week.

    How can I file a claim?

    We have made it hassle-free for you to file a claim. Simply click here to file your claim online and follow these three (3) easy steps –

    1. Fill out the form.
    2. Submit your requirements.
    3. Get your reference number for status tracking.

    Our Bancassurance Sales Executives at any BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank branch nearest you can also gladly assist in filing your claim.


    How will I receive the pay-out for my claim?

    Your claims payout will be credited to your nominated BPI account. Due to the restrictions brought about by the current situation, we are unable to release the claims benefit through check nor through our pickup from any branch of BPI/BPI Family Savings Bank disbursement facility.
     
    Depending on the nature or type of claim and submission of complete documents, your claim request may be processed in ten (10) to thirty (30) working days. Your claim benefit will be credited to your nominated account within three (3) days from the approval of claim request.


    How long will it take to process my claims request?

    Please expect your claims payout to be credited to your nominated account within ten (10) to thirty (30) working days depending on the nature of the claim.
     
    Below are the specific durations from claims disbursement enrollment to claims payout:

    1. Claims with preferred disbursement previously enrolled: ten (10) working days
    2. Claims with no preferred disbursement currently enrolled: fifteen (15) working days
    3. Claims with contestable cases: thirty (30) working days


    How can I check the status of my claim?
